I had originally ordered one of these cup holders a while back for my son. One night he fell out of bed and landed on it and it broke. I bought another one and messaged the seller about what happened after I bought the second one. Although it was obviously our fault, he said it shouldn't have broken and wanted me to send in pictures of how it broke. Long story short, he ended up giving me a large discount on the second one that I ordered in the form of a partial refund. Way above and beyond what was needed. I would definitely purchase from the seller again in the future.
